Been wanting to get such a shot for a long time now. Procor tankers trailing a branchline mixed (mostly grain). It's a daily train, but the amount of cars various from 100 to about a dozen, with a SD40-2 for power...
Two Dash 9-44CW's, CN 2674 & BC Rail 4644 (http://www.railroadforums.com/photos/showphoto.php?photo=25354&cat=500&page=2) lead a lumber train into the city. A decade ago you wouldn't even dream of CN running all GE alsh-ups with BC Rail units as regulars.
Quite a relic, 40ft boxcar equiped for MOW services to take down ice in tunnels. Not sure what it was doing in Winnipeg, but it was ironically coupled right next to two 86' high cube autoparts boxcars. Compared to them it's so small!
SD90MAC is one shining start in the CPR roster. Unlike it's more powerfull version, the SD90MAC-H who spends most of its time in the shops, it actually runs and it's not as common and boring as the AC4400CW's. Not to mention that it's the only EMD CPR received since the SD40-2. (SOO SD60's...
Among the CP GP9u's, the CP Rail Systems and the beaver are the most common paint shemes. However this faded version looks pretty cool too, sort of like a 50s two tone.
More then 30 years ago CN invented the Canadian Safety cab, which has created such oddballs such as the GP40-2L(W), SD40-2(W) and the GP38-2(W) that don't look even close to their regular versions. Don't forget that draper tapers, namely Dash 8-40CM, SD50F, SD50AF and SD60F have this cab as...

An old Geep with a passenger train at the depo, complete with CP Rail logos. Are you dreaming?
Nope, this is the TEC train that uses old passenger cars (the one behind it is from 1953) with modern equipment inside to measure rail accurately. It's called the TEC train, a Geep is assigned to it...
While one unit wonders are fairly common on CP, they're rare on CN. When they happen though, it's ussually with a SD40-2/SD40-2(W) or a Dash 9-44CW for power, not a draper taper! CN 5522, SD60F, leads a mixed train which had some new hoppers on it.
