An old Geep with a passenger train at the depo, complete with CP Rail logos. Are you dreaming?
Nope, this is the TEC train that uses old passenger cars (the one behind it is from 1953) with modern equipment inside to measure rail accurately. It's called the TEC train, a Geep is assigned to it, ussually CP 8217, rebuild GP9. On a more personal note I've caught this train before and the color looks a bit different. Nice shot Roman ! Our MofW crew had to wait in the siding for this train to pass us last week Northbound on the Mactier sub in ontario before we could go out and work !
