Old CN '40 box

There I was, taking pictures of CTRW GP10's, when I happen to look the other way and see this ancient piece. Its in what appears to be a private construction lot (no rail acess), with a very old and beat-up scrapper up front. It's too bad CN #'s are patched out, otherwise we could trace its built date, etc. The old box still has its roofwalk!
I made the photo a bit over-exposes, so that one could see the inside - typical carton boxes. The poor thing must be sitting there for at least 20-30 years.
