CN 357 has a hidden payload of Intermodal traffic tacked on the end. Too many baretables on 111, I guess.

Nope, its Prince Rupert traffic overflow. CN is too lazy to run 198/199, so they just stick it on 357. Seen this a couple times myself. Good news though, lately CN has extended 118/119 past Winnipeg, so that 198/199 can have the needed room. One more train for us!
