So long CN 4779

Wrecked and retired in 2004, this classic CN zebra widecab was stored for years in Edmonton before being sold to NRE. Pictured here on its final mainline/CN/Canadian trip.

Maybe it will be fixed up and turned into a lessor? Not a lot of those units running with widecabs...

Not sure why CN put it on 452, as it runs via the slower PNL. This made me think it was a CTRW M420(W) heading to the scrappers.
For a second there, I thought this was a DPU shot! Interesting. If it's on the 452, it's probably going to Winnepeg for tranferrence to Transcona, or a Sprague train to Minnesota.
