Survivor

The Railroad Museum of New England's "baby" makes a spirited runby across Jericho bridge in Thomaston, CT. on Sept. 9, 2001 during one of the RMNE's Railfan's Days. Built in August, 1950, the 529 is the sole survivor of a group of 45 (517-561) Alco RS-3's owned by the New Haven Railroad.
