"Big Al" prods the Railroad Museum of New England's ex New Haven RS-3 529 in a runby at Jericho bridge on Sept. 9, 2001. The 529 worked for Amtrak as it's #138 before "coming home" to the RMNE's Naugatuck RR. Photographic records show that the 529 actually worked on the "Naugy" back in the 1950's for the New Haven.
