Shinkansen at Tokyo station (JR-East) in snow, #2

Tokyo station for Shinkansen is made up of two parts. A part of JR-Central is for Tokaido Shinkansen, another part of JR-East is for Tohoku/Akita/Yamagata Shinkansen and Jyoetsu/Hokuriku Shinkansen.

The admission ticket is valid for both stations, so I go to the part of JR-East, also. The photo of series 200 looks filtered by snow.
