Before taking N49 out of Sutherland to Nacaim on the Melfort branch (no longer running to Melfort or Prince Albert) the three GP38-2s helped an AC4400CW duo build a potash train at Colonsay mine. With the exception of action red (multimark paint minus pacman) 30 years of CP paint schemes are present in this lash-up. The original orange still looks good on the Geeps, even though Rail part of CP Rail is covered in exhaust dirt.

Thats awesome. CP GP38-2 3124 3127 used to work brandon yard duties for the longest time and 3124 would stroll down to redvers on P34 now and again nice photo.
