Amtrak through Susana Pass
Amtrak's Surfliner leaves one of the scenic tunnels at Susana Pass near Chatsworth, Calif., on July 9,2003. This is the same route of the Coast Starlight.
Looks like a model railroad, especially the rocks and tunnel! Great shot...

Thanks for the complement.

It was a small hike up there, from a city park at Chatsworth, Calif.

Better bring water with you, a cap and sunglasses for sure. It was like 100 degrees up there.

Also, noticed a young family - a man, woman and young child - playing INSIDE THE TUNNEL. I told them that's not too smart, but they said they had been there - and walked through - those tunnels many years ago.
