EFVM "maromba" GQD-296906-8. This is a special car to switch cars on dual gauge lines. Each end has a truck with different gauge. The couplers hight is also different on each end.

Not exactly a caboose, but it does ride on the tail end, has "normal" doors and looks great! If you'll look closely you'll see that these two are connected on the side by a drawbar type device.

Before DPU came through, CN intorduced this fun boxcar. CP uses ex-BN 40's for the same purpose in Northern Ontario with SOO #'s. Generally these are put on the trail-end of a long train, at least 9000ft me thinks.
