I'm surprised they put this little critter in a museum, as I've seen a similar one working Winnipeg's Union station. Might even have a picture of it somewhere. Otherwise the photo speaks for itself - just love that VIA yellow on a tractor!

PS. Note the fire extinguisher in the cabin, this machine is ready for action!
