Track Geometry Train Sees Daylight

BNSF 2719 leads a track Geometry train into daylight after nearly 2 miles of Stampede tunnel darkness. The train made the rounds in the PNW during the month of July. I think that it's next to impossible for this shot to be in total sunlight given the location and the sparse traffic patterns.
Hmmm... Can remember when the GP-39's first arrived. They were assigned to Vancouver. We would get solid lash ups of them to KFS on #137, 139 #171

George, I always thought of them as "F unit killers" since the BN retired all their Fs after the GP39-2s arrived.

I was just doing some good old fashioned railfanning with RRF member Trackside and happened to be in the right place at the right time.
