I've been looking forward to capture one of these, after seing photos of them on RRF for years. This gon is part of ~15 piece MOW set that includes gondolas loaded with ties, a BRANDT truck, tampers, tie cranes and more casual MOW equipement like hi-rail trucks.

Sure is odd to see a yellow John Deer, the CAT should be furious.
kinda neat to see the JD, I run a cat 315L tall tower excavator with a half cord grapple on the pacific region,good job, good piece of equipment,but the switching part of the job sucks.
