Made in USA, JNR DD12

After the WorldWar2, 5 american diesel locomotives were imported to Japan by US military. After they work out military jobs, JNR operates in chigasaki area as DD12 untill 1974.

That looks very much like a GE 80 Ton centercab, of which I have seen many here locally. FUnny to see it in Japan!
