A southbound UP manifest highballs through Oakridge, OR, and begins the 1.8%, 44-mile climb to Cascade Summit. It is 4:39pm, the sun has set behing the mountains long ago, and heavy cloud cover and rain-turning-into-snow has it near darkness. Thanks to digital cameras being able to shoot at ISO 800, I was able to get this otherwise unatainable (with 35mm) shot.
