East Meets West at Woodford

Santa Fe SuperFleet Warbonnet units take the mainline westbound through Woodford while Blue and Yellow units hold the siding in the late afternoon sun in Tehachapi Pass in 1995.
The black and white gives it a very historic feel. I also like how it gives a sense of the surrounding area and the ruggedness of the mountains.
 
Thanks Mark, that's what I was going for. If you compare this image to the same image in color that I posted previously, you definitely come away with a different perspective. Tehachapi gives you a lot to work with.
 
I didn't see the trains in the thumb nail picture. What Herb posting a non train picture? No an artistic B&W. I like it.
 
No Greg, I haven't switched to scenics. Although I have been known to take the odd photo in between trains just to keep my trigger finger limber.
