I have never seen the boom up before, this is the first time I've seen it up.
Most times i've seen it down and stowed.

Yes it was a lucky day for me photo shooting down Seattle way i was down taking shots of the B-17 at Boeing field trying to get the plane landing and a train in the backgound along airport way,on the way back went by Balmer and then the car shop and did a double take i have never got a good photo of it, it is always parked beside the car shop and only the boom sticking out ,but today they had it out putting new cable on it.
