Amtrak #18 has the honors of leading the Coast Starlight. This was once the pride and joy of Amtrak West as far as the long distance trains. Amtrak #18 and the second locomotive have crossed over the bridge at Milepost 43.1 that goes over Hwy. 507. The train is pretty much on-time due to the lack of freight trains on both of the Class One's it travels on daily.
