A cold and rainy November day along the Seattle waterfront yields two interesting trains. First is BNSF 4270, an old GB B23-7 originally built for the AT&SF, leads a short manifest train through the North Portal. It appears to be recently repainted in BNSF colors. Also interesting in this consist of locomotives is BNSF 2935, a GP39E. This is a DPU unit, also recently repainted in BNSF orange.
A few minutes later, BNSF 8432, an EMD SD70ACe, leads a loaded oil train bound for Anacortes, WA.
