    On a rainy wet day three trains on main # 2 south of M.P.27 waiting for the Sounder parade the DP lets the frist train a CN loaded coal head north ahead of the frist Sounder to Delta Yard Rodgers line ,then gets news of a wash out somwhere to the east and puts the stack in the hole to wait there...

    Southbound NS comes off the Mt. Vernon Sub. onto the Chester Sub as UP 9178 waits for his turn. This would be the 3rd and final train 9178 has to wait on before he can head North.
