Troubled Scenic Sub.

On a rainy wet day three trains on main # 2 south of M.P.27 waiting for the Sounder parade the DP lets the frist train a CN loaded coal head north ahead of the frist Sounder to Delta Yard Rodgers line ,then gets news of a wash out somwhere to the east and puts the stack in the hole to wait there traping the Gold Bar turn behind it ,they call DP and tell them they must get cars to Snohomish jct. to take off cars for a regional r/r that are waiting for them ,so DP said back down to Edmonds and wait for Sounder to pass and back into station and start back on main #1 to the jct., later i hear that there is a mud slide up north by Wa. Can. border that they may hold the Amtrak Cascades up around Mt. Vernon and tell Amtrak #8 Empire Builder to hold at Everett Wa. depot.
