A westbound Santa Fe freight decends Cajon's steep 3% grade approaching Drawbar Flats in 1984 around Stein's Hill named for famed railroad photographer Richard Steinheimer.
Thanks so much for the comments and ratings. With a caboose bringing up the markers in those days it gave a personal touch to the end of a train. Beats DPUs and Freds!
