Warbonnets arriving with the 198 through Pasadena

Classic Warbonnets bring the 1-198-04 train westbound through Pasadena past the Santa Fe depot on the Pasadena Subdivision on August 06, 1990.
Thanks sidetrack1. It was fantastic to see Santa Fe red/silver warbonnets once again passing through Pasadena.

Thanks Greg. No. The light rail Metro Gold Line now utilizes the former ATSF ROW through this area. As the old saying goes, you wouldn't know the old place.

Thanks very much Mark, as always.

Posting my favorite ATSF images, which date back to about 1982, is my great pleasure. I only wish I had started my RR photography sooner. Great memories nevertheless.

Great eye Mark. Yes, it is, which is why I was out chasing this train because it was bringing the Maersk unit into town for all the various filming and photo sessions. I just refreshed another Maersk image in my gallery taken east of Cajon Summit.
