Rain showers lend a gritty, raw appearance to UPRR GP40-2 9991 as it rolls eastbound. It is the last unit in a six-unit consist and is not online.
Yup, lots of character here. The unit ahead of it is SD70M 4228. It was also offline.

Before I posted this shot, I did a search and found one from 2008, by The Renton Rocket. Not much has changed.
