Theres more to the HBR then freshly painted SD50s & GP40-2LWs plenty of deadline oddballs from years past as well. From the front:
HBR/OMLX (dual reporting marks!) 824 former Texas and Pacific (merged into MP) SW1200 only switcher type unit on the railway, always working around the Pas, including shunting the remaining blue VIA cars for the remote service north.
OMLX 1801 GP10 of IC heritage, only GP10 currently on the HBR, very common unit on sister shortlines CTRW, OVR and others
HBR 2507 former Frisco GP7 with Central Kansas Railway sub-lettering. Hes retired, however sister 2509 was recently resurrected, so perhaps theres hope for him?
OMLX 100? Business car Canadian Sunset of CN heritage. The dual flag boarded up car has been stored for years, I believe at Prince Albert on the Carlton Trail as well.
