SVI 119

Southern Railway of Vancouver Island GP9 119 in Nanaimo, BC. Southern Railway of VI operates the former Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway on Vancouver Island. The SVI is operated by the SRY(Southern Railway of BC).

Currently the 2 GP9's make up the SVI's entire roster, however more units will be assigned if and when the railway picks up more business.

Both the 119 and the 110 are of Northern Pacific heritage.
