Station Stop Under an Autumn Moon for the Eastbound Southwest Chief at Full

Amtrak Train No. 4 sits in the station at Fullerton California on an Autumn evening in October with a clear line up ahead. Nighttime arrivals of the Southwest Chief in Autumn always signal the end of those halcyon days of Summer and serve as a reminder of the long cold Winter nights to come. Sunlit arrivals of this train won't appear again at Fullerton until the Spring of next year near the end of April.

Further, such a nighttime scene imaged through the lens of my camera additionally signifies the passing of yet another year that I have been shooting pictures of trains at this location.
