Salt Lake was too great

Heavy rains caused the waters of the Salt Lake to expand its normal shoreline. The former WP became surrounded and UP crews were dumping rock to keep the line above the encroaching waters. The SP experienced even more problems. This WB piggyback was the NPOAZ.
