Plane Creek big'un

A modern industrial rail system is operated by Plane Creek Sugar Mill in Queensland, Australia. A daily distributed power train does the 90 mile round trip from the mill to Carmila and is pictured here on it's return trip coming to a stop at Mount Christian siding to collect more bins. Lead loco is Karloo, and the DP helper is Alan Page, which can be seen in the distance. An impressive operation for 2 foot gauge! 16/9/2006
