February 2, 2004. This was my first outing with the new Canon Digital Rebel. Icy footing, 80x300 zoom lens, late day sun, all in all a really exciting shot. The train was moving straight for me, but was 70 yards away. I really moved!

Beautifull! Living in Winnipeg we don't get much St L&H here, but I've seen unit 8245 (GP9u) in the middle of a an odd lash-up consisting of CP 8239 (GP9u) and AC4400CW that was leading. Caught it at Winnipeg's CP station, even made a picture, but it's not good.
 
Really like this shot. The signals and virtical compostion make it pleasing to look at.
