A pair of brand new SD70M-2'S make their 1st run from Jacksonville to Miami, Fl. on FEC Southbound Intermodal Train 101 as they rumble through Bunnell, Fl.
Excellent Shot. You must have been paying attention. FEC had a public viewing with access to the cabs, etc. I saw the notice at the proto meet in Cocoa Beach last weekend. I expect we'll see more of these classy looking locomotives.

Lol when i saw these units on railpictures i tought Alaska Railroad Bought SD70M-2's then it said FEC on the nose. Nice catch and do u use film for ur video camera or what.

Thanks CalMurray, I use a Nikon N60 film camera with a 70-300 sigma zoom lens for my still shooting & a Sony Hi 8 Digital 8 video camera. What I do is I scan my negatives using a Epson Perfection 2450 Photo 2400x4800 DPI & save them on my hard drive, then edit my photos on Adobe Photoshop, if needed. I at least make all my photos 800x600, because most websites want your photos to be 800x600 & also it gives you more uploading space then having them larger than 800x600.

Thanks MakeChooChooGonNow, I agree with you & you'll be glad you did. The earlier you make the trip the better, so you can get shots of them as clean as possible
