Canadain Grainer
UP SD90/43MAC 8264 and CP Rail AC440 9738 provide the horsepower for this grain train. However, the train was tied down and the AC4400 was not running.

Did the AC4400 die after it crossed the border?

I don't know for sure why the AC4400 was not running, but I wounldn't think crossing the border had anything to do with it, unless there was some mechanical problem that occured after the train entered the US. Maybe UP was tying down the train and shut down the AC4400 to not waste CP's fuel? Thanks for the comment and rating.

Thanks for the ratings and comments everyone. Also, railfanbnsf, I have three of the SD90/43MACs in HO scale as well.
