Illinois Central Gulf #1, Roosevelt Road, Chicago, IL, June 7, 1982, photo by Chuck Zeiler

I wish I had more info on this car, but I do not. It's attached to the rear end of a scheduled Amtrak train, arriving in Chicago. I have one more shot, more distant, showing the complete train, but I cannot tell the heritage of this car.
I think this car was built by PSCM as a chair car for the IC who returned it to Pullman to be rebuilt as a business car

Thanks, Nikon1. I've begun the research into this car, below is a link to further information, but it does not define the origin of this car.

Yeah, somehow the sideburns caught my attention too, here's a closeup.

Chuck, I inquired about the car from John Pitts. IC expert and modeler extraordinaire and this is what he sent me. "This car was built by P-S in 56 and came to the IC as a shell and was completed in IC's Burnside shops.
Railway Classics came out with the car a couple of years ago
I did a lot of pre-production work for them on this car as well as the Panama Limited set & the City of Miami set.
Nice photo. John".
