Bringing The Empties Back For More

Mixed rain and snow greets BNSF9882 with its eastbound empty coal train as it passes through Sandpoint,ID
Is the Best Western that close or is the actual hotel a little away from the tracks? Regardless looks like a cool hotel to stay at near the tracks.

The Best Western office is no more than 50-75 feet from that sign. The only thing between the motel and the tracks is their parking area. There's a fence on the far side of the track,so you have to walk or drive maybe a hundred yards,go under the track and you are right there. My wife and I stayed there for four days/nights.Couldn't be better located for railfanning.
