Axels?
Axels on Bulkhead containers have become a usual site on the Watrous sub as of late.

CN sure likes putting them in container form. CP prefers to stack them up on flatcars, although I've seen CN do that well.

those are most likely locomotive axles ... hence the gear ... so they dont just throw em on a flat like a normal car axle
