Above Cascade Tunnel

This is an overhead shot of the west portal of the Cascade tunnel taken from Windy Pt tunnel on the old Great Northern High Line. Used a 500mm lens to make this feel more of model than real life.
You can clearly see the notches that was made in the tunnel for clearance of the double stack trains that run through. I heard that one or two got stuck in the early '90s that necessitated the notching of the entire tunnel in the mid '90s.
