2009 CPR Christmas Train Welcome to Saskatchewan!

Bitterly cold temperatures were not going to stop me from seeing this year's christmas train. Every year I manage to miss it, so this year I was ready. Dispite the near below 40 weather (with the windchill of course), I stayed to watch the show, then waited to get a shot of the train departing. Needless to say I froze my toes but other than that I really enjoyed the show.

Kermit, did you join the "media tour" to get photos of the 9815 leading? I went to the outskirts of town to catch the train departing. It helps that I live there lol.

After the show I walked right up to the engine and waited till she departed and got some shots before she left the yard.
