I saw last week watching loaders, bulldozers and cranes removing rail and ties in the Woodinville, WA area. I've seen trains on that line since 1961 when I was 5 years old! I would had pictures but I was crying so much my camera was so wetted I couldn't take any. Whew! I don't know if someone will reoperate up to the line from Snohomish to the old glass spur north of Woodinville because they haven't turned the crossing gate lights near the Costco store along Hwy 9 like they did south of there near the town city limits. Does anyone know if any possible run to there or they didn't have a contract up to a certain stop area? I been retired from the BNSF for four years now so I don't know too many railroaders except SOUNDER crews. Thanks in advance.
