I found these two objects while metal detecting along and old railroad. One has the letters "N.Y.N.H & H.R.R" on one side and 116 or 911 (depending on how you look at it) on the other side. The letters stand for New York New Haven and Hartford railroad I'm assuming but I don't know what the object is. It's about 1/4" in length. The other object is flat and has "THE IMPERIAL CREENMASS (or GREENMASS, can't make out if it's a "c" or a "g") on one side and nothing on the other. It's about 2" in length. I would really like to know what these are. The railroad which they were found along was part of the New York New Haven and Hartford railroad. Thanks!
