Not the east bay and not even California. I was up in the Klamath Basin shooting (photographing) bald eagles and caught this UP manifest on US 97 rounding the south end of Upper Klamath Lake outside Klamath Falls Oregon.

We need a trade Bill. Hasn't rained here in almost a month.
And we have not seen the sun in a month.
Apparently there is a minimum axle requirement on sections of the BNSF to activate grade crossings at speed, so they are adding extra cars to the San Joaquin

I remember March in Norcal. Enjoy the green while you can.
Last day we had rain was Jan 19th
If you miss the rain, you can always take a road trip up here to Corona Virus Central.
I am under house arrest as well up here in the Seattle area (aka Corona Central) since I am in all three high risk groups. I only venture out for my frequent medical appointments, which is quite ironic as the last place you want to be in a time like this is a facility full of potentially sick people.
I don't blame you for feeling that way, Bill; however, I work at the VA hospital in Albuquerque and I feel safer there from COVID-19 than I would at quite a few other places in the Duke City. (Of course, all of those places are now closed or have restrictions in place, so that's probably a moot concern now.) We do take all precautions there, of course, and as long as you do the same you should be fine.
I work for the VA Regional Office out of Oakland, but fortunately I have worked from home 4 days a week for the last few years, so luckily not much has changed in my daily routine.
