Solomon Ks Road trip!

Rode over to Solomon Ks with a friend, Here's what I shot while over in the area. First 2 are of a UP eastbound grain preparing to be DP'ed, and fueled while parked on the Kyle railroad main, last 3 are on the UP main just east of town, in the siding

UP 3069 has 105 empty grain hoppers in tow westbound approaching Solomon Ks. Was the only unit

Umm, UP 3069 was NOT taken in Abilene, this is why I listed it by itself

Found myself a couple miles east of Solomon, to catch the UP 4485, leading a very short MSITP. It was stopped waiting for the westbound SSTESW blade train to come to a stop before entering the siding

Yes, they call out the fuel truck out of Salina Ks, it comes over and fuels the power, then the train pulls off the Kyle railroad, and on to the UP main to go east
