Investigation continues around oil-train derailment, fire in Custer, Whatcom County

Several cars from a train carrying crude oil derailed and some caught fire Tuesday morning for reasons still under investigation. Everyone within a half-mile of the wreck was initially told to evacuate. No one was injured.
