Need help - can anyone tell me what this railroad is?

It appears to be a cloth patch, as sewn on clothing, and appears to bear the letters CPRy, if I'm interpreting the style correctly. My first guess would be Canadian Pacific Railway, but I wouldn't bet money on it.
 
I'm stumped, even Google is stumped. I've nothing better to do so I spent the better part of the last 2 hours searching and could find nary an answer...
