On May 29th we see the locomotive at Spencer with final preparations for her Return Home to Roanoke that was set to be on May 30th. In Spencer we catch Southern 6133 bringing the Tool Car and the spare tender for the 611 to the train. Later on in the evening after being on display for a few hours the 611 heads to the north side of the NCTM Property to grease the track from what we were told from members of the crew. On May 30th we chase the train starting from Lexington, North Carolina and heading onward catching her in many places on her way to Roanoke.
