Wikipedia has a photo of IT #1605 and says is at the Illinois Railway Museum. I couldn't find any photos or mention of #1604. Recent repaint by a collector or other museum? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illinois_Terminal_Railroad
Nope. the Illini Terminal Railroad is a Respondek Railroad Corporation switching operation that serves an industrial park just off of the BNSF mainline in Litchfield. The locomotive is a former Rock Island GP9 that was rebuilt into a GP10 by ICG and was restored and repainted by the Illinois Terminal Historical Society. It's owned by Respondek, which also has a SD40-2 that was painted in a later Illinois Terminal scheme in 2010 and was later relettered for Illini Terminal; it is assigned to Respondek's Port Harbor Railroad operation in Granite City, Ill. Those aren't the only Respondek units painted in IT colors, either.
