The locomotive is a former Rock Island GP9 that was rebuilt into a GP10 by ICG and was restored and repainted by the Illinois Terminal Historical Society. It's owned by Respondek, which also has a SD40-2 that was painted in a later Illinois Terminal scheme in 2010 and was later relettered for Illini Terminal; it is assigned to Respondek's Port Harbor Railroad operation in Granite City, Ill.
