Well, Jeff wasn't alone in nabbing a heritage unit recently. Here are some shots of the NS Illinois Terminal HU as it came west yesterday on BNSF's Creston Sub at Ashland and Greenwood NE. And a nice surprise it was!

Nice catch on the IT unit and the Boeing fuselages. The fuselages are on their way to the Boeing plant in Renton, WA., located south of Seattle. I hope the IT diesel will continue west with the fuselages so can photograph it passing Sunset Ave.
