    This is the station name plate of an abandoned station in central Taiwan, named Sheng-Hsin. It used to be the peak of Taiwan's railroad. The tracks have been changed to a more flat route for more efficient transportation. But this station has since become a tourist attraction.

    This wood structured station building was originally built before the end of WWII. It was destroyed in an earthquake in 1999. The government of Taiwan rebuilt the station to its original specifications to show people's power to overcome any obstacles thrown their way.
