CP 454 (E/B manifest+IMS, Sutherland-Winnipeg) is by far my favorite train on the CP PNL. Why? It fits my objective criterea:
1. Good timing, daily and always around noon
2. Good consist, lots of cars, a real good junk train - hoppers, gondolas, cente-beams, tankers, boxcars, platforms...
The SOO SD40-2's were always my favorite on the CP roster, as they're owned by CP, but are unlike the GMD SD40-2's at the same time, not to mention they don't look as bad as the wrent-a-wreck SD40-2's, most of whom have left us. CP seems to like these units, as we get about one everyday. Maybe...

CN tries to save on power anywhere it can, even outdoing CP with more one unit-wonders lately. Yet when it comes to intemrodal, its the power hour! Two CN SD60F's sandwtich a BCR SD40-2.
CP 9303 is the biggest engine CP has at 6000hp. CN's got nothing that's even close. The four engines are anything but problematic however - this winter during a traffic down-turn CP chose to store them in favor of running old soon-to-be-retired SD40-2's! That's how much they don't like them, and...
Whatever happend to the classic CP Rail? Nowdays its all about GE's and intermodals. Good thing CP still knows how to put a show on the PNL. 3SD40-2's lead a manifest consisting of all kinds of stuff, including MILW gondolas loaded with pipe, a brand new DME hopper, and an ex-CNW and Union...
A BNSF container train heads southbound at MP27.65 Thomsen Road on the Seattle Sub. The Train was stopped at Nisqually due to a Amtrak Cascade. He went by my location throttle wide open.
My friend Matt Adams and I had our fun MRL F45 Great Adventure. We were in search of a MRL F45 on the Seattle Sub that another foamer had given us the heads-up. Well, we did catch some other trains in the mean-time. This consist is cool with the BN leading two H1 SD40-2's.
